Warranty Period
The warranty period includes the following two items:
1. 18 months from the date of manufacture;
2. 12 months from the date of installation and commissioning of the equipment, whichever comes first.
Warranty scope
During the warranty period, the company will provide free repair for product quality problems. The following situations are excluded:
1. Improper installation or operation during use that does not follow the normal process;
2. Use under conditions or environments outside the scope of the sample data;
3. Unauthorized disassembly or modification without the consent of our company;
4. Incomplete or incorrect repair and inspection operations during use;
5. Necessary consumables caused by parts or products other than the product;
6. Natural fading of colors or peeling of paint;
7. Damage caused by earthquakes, fires, floods, or other force majeure factors.
