Four-axis horizontal rotary table
The internal structure of the product has been adjusted and optimized for the horizontal special machine tool with four axes, featuring high rigidity and stronger load capacity.
Internally uses a cam roller transmission structure, superior to the worm gear structure.
The hollow rotary platform produced by our company uses a camshaft to drive the needle roller bearing rotation. Compared with gear transmission on the market, it has much higher precision, greater load capacity, and zero backlash transmission.
The company has developed more than a dozen models ranging from HL280 to HL1850, establishing standards that benchmark against internationally renowned brands such as WEISS and FIBRO. These have been recognized and widely used on some large automotive welding lines.
Y Cylindrical Cam Intermittent Indexer
This series of models is equipped with cylindrical cams, capable of withstanding extremely large axial loads and vertical radial pressure during operation.
PU Plate Conjugate Cam Intermittent Indexer
This model uses a dial mounted on the output shaft driven by a plate cam fixed with two pieces on the input shaft to achieve indexing.
Special-shaped cams include: flat end face cams, flat groove cams, flat conjugate cams, cylindrical cams, and arc indexing cams.
