It has a wide range of uses. High precision is required, and CNC machine tools are needed for processing; the stroke of the follower cannot be too large, otherwise the cam will become bulky.
Precautions for camshaft installation. For example, when installing or removing parts that rely on valve spring force, ensure that the spring force remains horizontal. Then, fix the camshaft position so that the camshaft can be horizontally removed, and ensure that the valve spring force acts evenly on the camshaft. Slightly loosen the bolts securing the bearing cap evenly at a time, and then repeat to remove all the bolts. It is important to know that the position of the camshaft and the removal sequence of the cover mounting bolts vary depending on the engine model. Please refer to the repair manual.
