Dividers are a type of automated mechanical core component specifically developed for high automation, high precision, high-speed production and assembly. After assembly of the turntable, various assembly actuators, loading and unloading devices, control systems and dividers, a high-speed automated device is formed. It is widely used in the automated production and assembly of semiconductor chips, electronic components, hardware and beverage industries. Currently, the wider the use of cam dividers, the more important maintenance becomes. 1. Debris and dropped materials around the transmission system should be cleaned up promptly.

2. The input and output directions of the mounting base are different from the directions required by the equipment. Deviation or eccentricity. This will affect the output accuracy and seriously damage the dividing effect. Because at this time, the divider is under abnormal stress. Solution: Adjust the direction of the input shaft and output shaft of the mounting base and baffle.

3. Improper adjustment will affect the dividing accuracy, impact and noise, damage the divider, and fail to achieve the expected speed and load-bearing capacity. Therefore, the service life of the divider is shortened.

Adjustment includes two parts: axial distance and input/output axial position.

1. Adjusting the axial distance:

If there is a gap in the baffle in the positioning work area due to long-term use and wear, the gap should be eliminated by adjusting the axial distance. This can be achieved by synchronously adjusting the eccentric covers at both ends of the input shaft.

2. Adjustment of axial position:

The axial position of the cam divider can be adjusted by adjusting the locking nuts on both sides of the cam or the bearing covers on both sides of the input shaft. The axial position of the indexing wheel can be adjusted by adjusting the bearing covers at both ends of the output shaft or the locking nut at the rear. Note: The divider should be carefully adjusted after leaving the factory, and users should not adjust it privately to prevent improper adjustment. If you really need to adjust it, you can cooperate with the factory.

3. The clearance between the camshaft bearing and the camshaft journal is greater than 0.15 mm. Replace the new bearing to restore the normal fit between the journal and the bearing.

(1) Select a bearing with the same repair size according to the size of the camshaft journal.

(2) The fit between the camshaft bearing and the bearing bore should have a certain interference.

(3) Put the camshaft into the bearing bore, rotate it a few times, and adjust it appropriately according to the tightness and contact area. The method to check the sealing is to add oil to the bearing. After the camshaft rotates a few times, when the divider moves the timing gear with a finger, it should rotate flexibly without jamming, and there should be no obvious gap when pulling the camshaft up and down.

4. The method of scraping the bearing according to the journal size is to put the bearing on the corresponding journal, remove the bearing after rotating it a few times, scrape the bearing alloy according to the contact condition, and then rotate the bearing sleeve on the journal. After removing the bearing, scrape again and repeat according to the contact condition. The scraping thickness between the bearing and the journal = the interference fit between the bearing and the bearing bore + the clearance fit between the bearing and the journal is suitable to produce slight resistance when pulling the thickness gauge. In this way, when the cam divider presses the bearing into the bearing bore, the required clearance fit can be obtained because the reduction of the inner diameter of the bearing is close to the excessive fit between the bearing and the bearing bore. When scraping, try to make the bearing wall thickness uniform to ensure the concentricity of each bearing.
