Cam indexers produced by cam indexer manufacturers have a simple structure, which makes it easy for designers to select models. Cam indexer manufacturers offer free model selection, and cam indexer agents offer very affordable prices. These are the main features of cam indexers produced by manufacturers.
1. The internal design structure of the cam indexer is very simple. It mainly consists of: cylindrical cam, curved camshaft, planar camshaft, and indexing disc.
2. The camshaft of the cam indexer is precisely positioned, and it can actively lock itself using physical principles during interruption; in other words, the locking is precise.
3. Low noise generated during transmission movement, excellent motion curve values, and very appropriate parallelism of the drive wheel output mechanism. The camshaft of the cam indexer has a sinusoidal camshaft curve that is smooth and has excellent intermittent motion capabilities.
4. The camshaft of the cam indexer is highly precise. The output accuracy can easily reach ±30〃, and designers with high quality requirements can customize it to ±15〃. In general, the camshaft of the cam indexer has high repeatability in reciprocating rotation.
5. The cam indexer is highly efficient. In other words, the camshaft has high speed and high efficiency, with a maximum speed of 30,000 rpm.
6. The camshaft of the cam indexer is known for its longevity. Under normal operating conditions, strictly following the maintenance cycle specified by the cam indexer manufacturer and regularly replacing heavy-duty oil and grease can ensure the longevity of the cam indexer.
7. The camshaft curve of the cam indexer is excellent. In order to shorten the working time and extend the service life of the camshaft, the designers of the cam indexer manufacturer have improved the shape of the camshaft curve. This shape is smooth, and the operation is gentle and the stepping regularity is strong.

End of Heat | Summer not yet felt over, the time has come for new autumn
Chushu is the fourteenth solar term in the "Twenty-Four Solar Terms" and the second solar term of autumn. In the "Monthly Commands · Compilation of Seventy-Two Phenomena," it is said: "Chu means stop; the heat stops here." Chushu is neither as dynamic as Grain Rain or White Dew, nor as distinct as the Beginning of Spring or Beginning of Summer. Just like the traditional character for "Chu" (處), which contains the component "処 (chǔ)", meaning "to walk slowly." To truly appreciate the unique beauty of Chushu, one must slow down and savor it carefully.
Starting today, we enter the last phase of the hottest period known as the "Final Dog Days." This signifies the transition from summer to autumn, with the heat gradually cooling down. As we enter the Final Dog Days, the intense heat is nearing its end, and everyone's main concern is whether the weather will also become cooler accordingly.
On August 7th, the Beginning of Autumn solar term arrives! The gaps between fingers are too wide, time is too thin. Although it may still be hot in many places for a while, the prelude to the "poetic autumn" has already begun. In a daze, one can't help but sigh: time really flies. In early autumn, the wind is a gentle breeze, the scenery is bright, the time is frosty, and the trees are sparse. It is suitable for climbing heights, watching the sea, and gazing into the distance. May you feel comfortable and peaceful, and live your days vividly through the changing solar terms.
