When selecting the driver angle, if the selected angle is small, the movement speed of the motor will be fast, which will cause the cam indexer inner wall to collide with the cutter, and the internal cylindrical roller bearings, camshaft, and CNC punch will be damaged. This is a common situation in cam indexer model selection.
During use, internal cutter collision, overload, and jamming will severely damage the internal components of the cam indexer. Therefore, when selecting the cam indexer model, it is necessary to confirm and analyze with the manufacturer. It is recommended to use the customized service of professional manufacturers, so that it can be tailored to your needs.
How to determine the suitability of products purchased directly from manufacturers or the second-hand market? During the operation of the cam indexer, if the motor stops running after one division is completed, it indicates that the cam indexer is incorrectly selected. If the motor continues to rotate stably after one division is completed, it indicates that the cam indexer is good.
