Cam indexer Also known as cam indexing device and intermittent indexer in engineering. It is a high-precision rotary device. Under the current automation requirements, cam indexers are particularly important.
Cam indexer It is a device that relies on the gapless cooperation between the cam and the roller (its meshing transmission mode is similar to worm gear transmission), and repeats the transmission operation along the established cam curve.
Cam indexer The design is that the cam installed on the input shaft meshes with the roller bearing fixed on the output shaft indexing plate. The roller bearings embedded in the radial radial surface of the indexing plate are in linear contact with the corresponding inclined surface of the cam. When the input shaft rotates, the cam rotates according to the given displacement curve. When the two sets of roller bearings on the indexing plate are on the straight line of the cam, that is, within the static range, the roller bearings rotate, but the indexing plate itself does not rotate.
